Cancellation Policy
At Salalah Furnitures, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when and how cancellations can be made.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the item has not been shipped.

2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped or is in transit:
The order cannot be cancelled.
You may still request a return after the item is delivered (if eligible under our Return Policy).
3. Cancellation of Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Please note:
Customized, made-to-order, or special size furniture orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
These items are made specifically based on your request.
4. Cancellation Fees (If Applicable)
In some cases, cancellations may require:
Inspection charges
Transportation or handling fees
Or deduction of actual processing costs already incurred
We will inform you of any charges before completing the cancellation.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer.
